Little Lanterns Kids is a trading name of CogniOps Studio Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or accessing any digital products from Little Lanterns Kids, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Subscription Access

Little Lanterns Kids provides digital worksheets, activity packs, and subscription-based downloads.

• All products are digital only

• No physical items are shipped

• Downloads are available instantly after purchase

• Subscription access continues as long as payments are active

2. License & Usage Rights

When purchasing a product or subscription, you receive a personal-use licence.

You MAY:

• Download and print resources for personal use with your child/children

• Use materials for home learning or classroom settings (single teacher licence)

You may NOT:

• Resell, share or distribute files

• Upload resources to any public platform

• Use them commercially or claim as your own

Breach of license may result in account termination.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We do not store card details.

For subscriptions:

• Payments renew automatically

• You can cancel anytime via your account

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period

4. Refund Policy

Because all products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final.

Refunds may be granted only in the case of:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical issues preventing access (verified by support)

We cannot refund if:

• You changed your mind

• You did not download the product

• Your child did not use the materials

This is fully compliant with UK digital goods law.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse the platform

• Share paid content

• Commit fraud or chargebacks

• Misuse the intellectual property of Little Lanterns Kids

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, branding, logos, and website content are owned by:

(and protected under UK and international copyright law).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes

• Our products are educational supplements, not formal instruction

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
